So, I have not posted in a while and I debated about whether I should post a review on the Hudson Baby Bourbon Whiskey at all.

I hesitated because I was super excited to try this bourbon – and was let down.  Maybe because my expectations were too high.  I probably need to try it again to be honest.  I was with a couple of buddies at the Montecristo Cigar Bar in Vegas a couple months ago and it was on the menu.  I ordered a double neat.  It was very young tasting to me – tasted like fresh oak barrel.  So much so, that I had difficulty drinking it – that never happens to me with any bourbon.  It was harsh – similar to drinking straight Jack Daniels.  I am rating this at 75, but I will re-review it when I try it again.  Could have been an off batch.
