Tried some Heritage Distillling’s Roslyn Reserve recently and was favorably impressed, so I picked up a bottle.

This bourbon is well done. Although young and retaining much of the oaky punch of the barrel, the flavor profile is surprisingly well blended. Sweet almost citrusy nose. Nice smooth brown sugar and woody taste with a lasting finish. The flavor developed even further after the bottle was allowed to breath. This is pretty decent stuff. I rate it at 80.
