I have not had Eagle Rare 10 year in many a moon.  I enjoyed some this evening.

I nearly forgot that is a very solid bourbon.  Great caramel nose, sweet initial burnt marshmallow flavors with slight oakiness.  It finishes with a pleasant peppery burn.  Great dram for the price.  I rate it 80.  Bob
