Went down to Oregon to babysit granddaughter Bibiana. Son-in-law Brandon set me up with a bottle of bourbon – Noble Oak.

This is a smooth dram. Nose hints of a newer bourbon but the flavor is pretty well developed with just a slight undertone of young. Solid caramel and oak flavors. Not hot. Easy sipper. The Noble Folks plant a tree with each bottle purchased too. I rate this at a good 78 (remember for me the 80s are way up there).
