Been a while since I enjoyed some Bowmore (about 15 years) and that was definitely too long. Just had some Bowmore 12 Year Scotch and it was delicious – why did I wait so long?

Nice smokey nose to it – like cherry wood with slight cigarette butt. Tastes of smooth nicely balanced whiskey – not too sweet. Finished with perfect – not subtle, but not too strong, smokiness. Very enjoyable. I rate this highly at an 84. Get some. Bob
