Recently I purchased a bottle of the Booker’s Uncut and Unfiltered Small Batch Bourbon at Costco in Washington State for $75. Because of the cost, I was waiting for a special occasion to try it.

Then I visited Arizona saw it in a BevMo down there for just $59. I bought it and immediately busted that sucker open. This bourbon has huge flavor. The uncut and unfiltered liquid retains so much character. The nose smells of caramel and dried fruits. The flavor is deep with notes of dried dates, cherries and cinnamon. It finishes hot (129 proof), and the finish lasts as the heat dissipates. This is good stuff. I rate this at a high 92. Get some (Costco carries it) and enjoy.
